Delivery & Ordering

Yes. Bradberry Steel is one of the few metal suppliers that has the capability to deliver directly to your jobsite.

Typical lead times:

  • Stock roofing & trim: often quick availability
  • Building packages: usually a few weeks depending on engineering and manufacturing schedules

Most building packages require a forklift or telehandler on site. We will tell you what equipment is needed before delivery.

Yes — many roofing panels, trim, and accessories can be picked up at our yard.

Permits, Engineering & Codes

In most areas, yes. Local counties and cities often require permits and building drawings before construction.

Yes. Engineered drawings and anchor bolt plans are included with Pre-engineered metal building packages.

Your building is engineered to meet the wind load requirements for your specific location.

We don’t pull permits, but we provide all documentation your county or city will require.

Installation & Contractors

Yes. We maintain a network of experienced erectors who regularly work with our buildings.

Installation time depends on building size and site conditions. Smaller shops may take days, while larger commercial structures may take weeks.

Yes. The foundation must be completed and anchor bolts set before the building can be erected.

Roofing & Materials

No. When properly installed with insulation and attic space, a metal roof is comparable to traditional roofing.

No. Lightning strikes the tallest object, not metal specifically. Metal roofing is non-combustible and will not ignite if struck.
